At long last, we have a premiere date for The Boys Season 4: the new season will premiere on Amazon’s Prime Video on June 13, 2024.
As with previous seasons, Season 4 will drop three episodes simultaneously on June 13, with new episodes debuting weekly on Thursday nights, for a total of eight episodes.
Here’s the official synopsis for the fourth season, per Amazon:
In Season Four, the world is on the brink. Victoria Neuman is closer than ever to the Oval Office and under the muscly thumb of Homelander, who is consolidating his power. Butcher, with only months to live, has lost Becca’s son and his job as The Boys’ leader. The rest of the team are fed up with his lies. With the stakes higher than ever, they have to find a way to work together and save the world before it’s too late.
The Boys stars Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Tomer Capone, Karen Fukuhara, Colby Minifie, Claudia Doumit and Cameron Crovetti. Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Susan Heyward, and Valorie Curry also join the cast in Season 4.
While not yet officially announced, as previously reported by Comic Book Club it looks like The Boys Season 5 will begin production on April 8 in Toronto. This means the cast will already be well into filming Season 5 by the time Season 4 premieres. As for spinoff Gen V, that’s been picked up for a second season but is only currently in development up in Toronto. Chances are that will pick up filming after The Boys Season 5 is done.

The Boys season 4 will officially premiere on Prime Video on Thursday, June 13 at 8pm ET / 5pm PT. The season will be eight episodes long, with three dropping on premiere day.
