‘Krypton’: Lyta’s In Trouble In New Images From “The Word Of Rao”

When we last left the citizens of the non-bottled city of Kandor, things were not looking good in the simmering war between the military guild and the resistance known as Black Zero.

When SyFy’s Krypton returns for “The Word of Rao” this Wednesday, it looks like things are about to get way worse.

Lyta-Zod (Georgina Campbell) tried to calm things down when her Sagitari heightened tensions in the rankless Sector 19; but instead, it looks like she’ll have to pay for helping Seg (Cameron Cuffe) on the side, if the images in our gallery are any indication.

Don’t worry, Seg is in trouble too (as usual), and even may come face to face with Black Zero — who isn’t an organization, but a man, baby!

“The Word of Rao” airs Wednesday at 10/9c on SyFy.

Here’s the official description from SyFy:

Set two generations before the destruction of the legendary Man of Steel’s home planet, Krypton follows Superman’s grandfather (Cameron Cuffe, The Halcyon) — whose House of El was ostracized and shamed — as he fights to redeem his family’s honor and save his beloved world from chaos. Based on DC characters, Krypton is executive produced by David S. Goyer (Man of Steel, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, The Dark Knight trilogy). Cameron Welsh (Ash vs Evil Dead) will serve as executive producer and showrunner.
