Marvel June 2024 Solicit Highlights::

As you might expect, Marvel is all in on Deadpool in June, making sure there’s plenty of product on shelves in time for the July debuting Deadpool & Wolverine movie. That includes Deadpool & Wolverine: World War III by Joe Kelly and Adam Kubert, as well as a reprint of Deadpool Kills the Marvel Universe, Deadpool Role-Plays the Marvel Universe, and regular ol’ Deadpool #3.

Other than the merc with a mouth, Marvel enters month two of Blood Hunt, a crossover that finds vampires taking over the Marvel Universe. With 22 issues released this month including more explicit Red Band editions of the main title, there’s surely something that won’t suck for everyone. That includes several X-Men-focused issues, Doctor Strange turning into a vampire, and more.

Speaking of X-Men, this is a big month for Marvel’s merry mutants. X-Men #35, which is getting the legacy numbering of Uncanny X-Men #700, will officially wrap up the Krakoa era, and tease what’s next with the new titles coming starting July. Because of that, don’t expect anything else from the X-Men this month. Other than the several Blood Hunt tie-in issues. And a throwback Wolverine title called Wolverine: Madripoor Knights. And a miniseries titled X-Men: Heir of Apocalypse. And the final issue of Ms. Marvel: Mutant Menace. And all the Deadpool titles we previously mentioned. But other than that, nothing.

Over in the Ultimate Universe, the big news is the launch of Ultimates #1 by Deniz Camp and Juan Frigeri, featuring a team-up of the rebooted heroes. New issues of Ultimate Black Panther and Ultimate Spider-Man continue their respective stories. But Ultimate X-Men continues to be the most intriguing, as issue four introduces Runaways character Nico Minoru, and potentially a whole lot more mutants.

Some other highlights from the month. Jason Aaron brings on Uncle Scrooge and the Infinity Dime, the first-ever Uncle Scrooge comic from Marvel. In Amazing Spider-Man #51 and #52, Marvel promises the introduction of a new Goblin. Steve Orlando launches yet another Scarlet Witch #1. Superior Spider-Man #8 promises it will leave only one Superior Spider-Man left standing. Giant-Size Daredevil powers up the Kingpin. And Sensational She-Hulk #9 teases “the most explosive story in She-Hulk history” begins.
