Writer G. Willow Wilson and artist Marcio Takara have been bringing an intriguing mix of botanical horror and character drama to this DC Comics series. And now it perhaps takes the weirdest turn of all in Poison Ivy #16.
In the issue, Ivy becomes strangely interested in a regular guy named Chuck. What makes Chuck interesting? Uh… Nothing. Except for his connection to the spores that have been plaguing Ivy all series long.
