Hack/Slash: Back to School #2 Review: The Game Is Afoot
Cassie Hack’s slasher school origin continues from Zoe Thorogood in Hack/Slash: Back to School #2.
Hack/Slash is a horror series created by Tim Seeley, where the slasher victims fight back. After Cassie Hack discovers her mother is the Lunch Lady killer, she hits the road. Along with her trusty sidekick Vlad, she kills slashers before they can murder more people.
The series has run in various forms for several decades, with multiple iterations. Those include the books by Seeley, as well as the most recent iteration Hack/Slash: Back to School written and drawn by Zoe Thorogood.
On Comic Book Club’s page, you can read reviews of the books. You can also listen to podcast interviews with Seeley and other creators, talking about the series.
