Royce Adkins

Royce Adkins is a filmmaker, comic book author, and all-around sci-fi head. At a young age, Royce was compelled to tell his own stories when he realized there was a need for more representation in the films he watched and the comics he read. There weren’t enough characters who looked like him, especially in the science fiction space. Now being a father, Royce wants to help ensure his kids will have access to stories where they feel included.

Refusing to wait on Hollywood to accomplish this goal, Royce turned to the comic book community where he has been met with overwhelmingly positive feedback and support after launching his first comic book series, BioPunks, in 2017 and his second series, Legend of Althea, in 2020. Now, Royce aims to take that support even further by creating Stone Harbor Comics with a mission to tell a plethora of stories that resonate with others who desperately want and deserve to be seen!
