Wolverine: Revenge #1 Review: The Best There Is
This issue as brutal as you might expect, and then some.
Created by Roy Thomas, Len Wein, and John Romita Sr., Wolverine is one of the most popular Marvel Comics characters in the world. The angry mutant was first introduced in The Incredible Hulk #180, before rising to popularity in the pages of X-Men.
Born in Canada, Logan has an advanced healing factor, and claws that pop out of his hands. He was taken in by the Weapon X program, and had his skeleton laced with super-strong Adamantium, making him even more dangerous. But through his partnership with the X-Men, he’s formed deep, lasting relationships… Including a forbidden romance with Jean Grey. He’s also proven to be a good friend and mentor to characters like Kitty Pryde and Jubilee.
On-screen, he’s been played in multiple movies by Hugh Jackman, including the upcoming Deadpool 3.
