‘Daredevil: Born Again’ Name-Drops Officer Morales… But Is It A Spider-Man Reference?
There is more than one person named Morales, you know.
Daredevil was first introduced in Marvel Comics in 1964, created by Stan Lee and Bill Everett. Matt Murdock was blinded as a child. But in return, all the rest of his senses were heightened. A lawyer by day, at night he fights crime in New York’s Hell’s Kicthen as Daredevil… The Man Without Fear. Over the years, Daredevil has been a showcase title for creators: Frank Miller, Brian Michael Bendis, and more. Along with his best friend Foggy Nelson, and assassin girlfriend Elektra, Matt has dealt with more guilt than you can shake a baton at.
Daredevil has also been adapted into a feature film starring Ben Affleck that mostly nobody liked. He was also the focus of a Netflix series that a lot of people liked. And coming up, he’ll be in a Disney+ series that people may or may not like! We shall see.
