Lex Luthor takes center stage.
Batman, aka Bruce Wayne, was created by Bob Kane and Bill Finger. By day, he is a wealthy playboy. By night, he fights the scourge of the underworld, a non-stop, one-man war on crime that never ends. He’s also spawned a host of recognizable and iconic villains. Those include The Joker, Penguin, Clayface, Catwoman, The Riddler, Mr. Freeze, and many, many more.
First introduced in Detective Comics #27 in 1939, Batman has gone on to be one of the most popular and recognizable characters in the world. The DC Comics have spawned dozens of spinoffs, and are still among the best-selling published comics today. Batman has also appeared in dozens of movies and TV shows from Warner Bros.. Those include The Dark Knight trilogy, Gotham, and more.
