Man Of Action Reunites For New Ben 10 Comic Series:
The men of action are back in action, as Joe Casey, Joe Kelly, Duncan Rouleau, and Steven T. Seagle, the original creators of Ben 10, are reuniting for a brand new comic book series from Dynamite.
Originally announced way back in 2024 at San Diego Comic-Con, we haven’t heard a lot about the Ben 10 comic book series since then. But now, look at this: you’re hearing something, and it’s that Man of Action Entertainment (MOA), a crew of dudes who started in comics and made it big in animation, are coming back.
Said Casey, “Ben 10 is obviously very close to our hearts, and has been for the last twenty years. So we’re psyched to finally present a vision of Ben and his mythology in the manner and format that we’ve always wanted to see. This is basically a straight-up superhero comic that’s going to compete with every major series out there. This is “Ultimate” or “Absolute” Ben 10. We guarantee, this is the best that Ben 10 has ever been.”
Casey will be joined by artist Robert Carey, with the rest of Man of Action jumping in to write as the comic continues.
So, what is Ben 10 about? The original series, which ran for four seasons and 49 episodes, and spun off into multiple continuations and even several films (including in live-action), focused on Ben Tennyson, a kid who discovers the Omnitrix… Basically, a watch-type device that allows him to transform into various alien characters.
As for more details including pesky things like “release date”? Right now, we know that the series will launch in February of 2026, with looks at the art and more reveals to come.
Deadpool/Batman Tops September 2025 Comic Book Sales Chart:
No surprises here: people love Batman, according to the September 2025 comic book sales chart.
And in fact, per ICv2, while the Marvel and DC crossover issue Deadpool/Batman #1 easily took the number one slot on the Top 50, Batman took all four of the top slots, with Batman #1 coming in at number two, Absolute Batman #12 at number three, and Batman #2 at number four. Batman also took another two slots on the chart, for Absolute Batman #11, and the Absolute Batman #1 Batman Day Special. Hey, it’s like every day is Batman Day around here, am I right?
In total, DC took 16 slots on the chart, including the aforementioned Batman books (though Deadpool/Batman was published by Marvel), with Absolute Evil #1, Absolute Superman #11, and Absolute Wonder Woman #12 also landing in the Top 10.
Marvel took 29 slots, and you’re not going to believe this but Spider-Man is also popular. Amazing Spider-Man snagged three of those slots, with other Spidey titles grabbing another five entries. Of other titles, only Punisher Red Band #1 hit the Top 10, in the number eight slot.
Of other publishers, Image Comics nabbed four slots, with Transformers #24 ranking highest at number 12 on the charts. That left IDW with the single slot left, for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #11.
