Shawn Kittelsen
Shawn Kittelsen is Writer and Co-Creator of the graphic novel HEART ATTACK from Skybound & Image Comics, soon to be a live action series from Fuji TV.
Past credits include Narrative Lead and Co-Writer of MORTAL KOMBAT 11 and INJUSTICE 2 for NetherRealm Studios & WB Games, Executive Producer of THE WALKING DEAD: LAST MILE for Genvid & Meta, Writer of POLLY POCKET and ENCHANTIMALS cartoons for Mattel, and Writer of MORTAL KOMBAT X comics published by DC Comics.
A veteran creative executive for genre games, Kittelsen guided the development of titles like BATMAN: ARKHAM CITY, DC UNIVERSE ONLINE, and INJUSTICE: GODS AMONG US for DC Entertainment, and oversaw THE WALKING DEAD and INVINCIBLE universes for Skybound and Robert Kirkman.
Kittelsen holds a BFA in Dramatic Writing from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. He is VP of Creative for Skydance Interactive, the acclaimed VR studio behind THE WALKING DEAD: SAINTS & SINNERS and BEHEMOTH.
