‘Blood Squad Seven Yearbook’ Is Most Likely To Succeed From Image Comics

Ah, yearbooks. A chance to wander around the school trying to see if anyone will sign yours, knowing deep down that you don’t have any friends. This is a universal experience and not some deeply held trauma on my part. And apropos of nothing, Joe Casey and Paul Fry will release Blood Squad Seven Yearbook #1 from Image Comics next March.

“Paul and I have been building up to this for the previous 13 consecutive issues, all leading to this 30-page Yearbook spectacular,” said Casey via press release. “We’ve put everything we have into this one and we think the results will speak for themselves. For every reader who loves their 1990s-style superheroes deconstructed and deepened in the way you’ve always wanted—this is the big one!”

In the one-shot, the team will bring on an “extra-length, brain-breaking conclusion to this international—and interdimensional—storyline… secrets will be revealed! Worlds will collide! Heroes will struggle! Legends will die! And things—both past and present—will never be the same!”

If you’re not familiar, Blood Squad Seven follows an at-one-time popular superhero team and celebrities who are past their prime. Enter a new generation who need to decide whether to follow endorsement deals, or become real deal superheroes.

Blood Squad Seven Yearbook #1 hits stores on March 25, 2026 with covers by Paul Fry and Jim Rugg.
