We’re already halfway through December. That’s pretty weird! But keeping things right on track are the new comics this week, so let’s break down some highlights of what’s coming to comic book stores on December 10, 2025, followed by the full list.
DC Comics releases the most hyped issue of the year, maybe, with Absolute Batman #15 which brings on the horrific, dragon-like Joker, and art by Jock. Over in the main universe, DC K.O.: Wonder Woman vs. Lobo #1 pits Diana versus the Main Man to see who will proceed in the universal tournament. And Aquaman #12 pits Aquaman against Hawkman in a surf and turf battle, as well.
Marvel releases the penultimate issues of Ultimate Spider-Man and Ultimate Black Panther, and they should really rename it the penultimate universe, just saying. Speaking of endings, The End 2099 #1 brings on what the title says, and kicks things into 3099.
Dark Horse Comics brings on Miss Truesdale and the Rise of Man #1 from Mike Mignola and red hot artist Jesse Lonergan. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #13 features a new creative team, Gene Luen Yang and Freddie E. Williams II. And ya boy Jackie Estacado is back in the new ongoing Top Cow series The Darkness #1.
