‘Agatha All Along’ Season 2 Production Listing Reignites Speculation

Agatha Harkness 1750 in Agatha All Along

Ah, s**t, here we go again: is Agatha All Along headed down the Witches’ Road for Season 2? If a recently updated listing is to be believed, the Marvel series is readying for production as early as December 2, 2025… But there are plenty of reasons to believe this info is not, in fact, what it seems.

The potential news comes via the Film & Television Industry Alliance production list, which, per the site’s about page, “works with major film and tv studios tracking pre-production announcements of roughly 20 to 40 new projects weekly.” However, like with Production Weekly, the site does not vet listings. And in fact, it seems likely that Production List is less legit than PW, which is pretty open about the fact that it accepts anything from anyone, and updates listings based on news items. Production List, on the other hand, seems to pull from everything from Facebook posts to… Well, probably Production Weekly.

So what does Production List claim is happening with Agatha All Along Season 2? According to the site, which updated back on November 10, 2025, Agatha 2: Die Harker (not the actual name) will go into production in Atlanta on December 2, 2025. But throwing a lot of cold water on this, particularly with a start date several weeks from now, is that all the info is pulled from Season 1 — not Season 2.

The blurb is the synopsis for Season 1 of the series, the cast list, directors, writers, and behind-the-scenes are all the same from Season 1 as well… And while it’s possible this could be a big reunion for everyone, more likely this is all just pulled from Season 1 and hasn’t been updated.

So why do folks think there may be a second season? Most of the speculation has been based in two places: first, the open-ended nature of Agatha All Along, which found Agatha Harkness (Kathryn Hahn) and Billy Maximoff (Joe Locke) headed off in search of Billy’s brother. Some of that thread will be picked up in VisionQuest, but that’s with a different cast and a different creative team — even if Marvel is considering it the third part of the “trilogy” that began with WandaVision. The second is that the show was submitted for awards as a series, not a limited series. Usually that indicates intent to make a second season of a show, and in fact in some cases it’s required.

But plans change, and while it’s possible they may have discussed Agatha All Along Season 2 at some point, and even may still be discussing, it is highly unlikely the show will surprise start filming in two weeks. We’ve reached out to Disney for confirmation, but did not hear back by publication time.

So, where did this come from then? Honestly, could be as simple as refreshing the page so it stays up in search results; or per what we detailed above, a hopeful fan submitting info to Production Weekly, which then got scraped by Production List. Whatever happened here, while it would be great to have an Agatha All Along Season 2… Probably not quite yet, unless there’s some sort of magical surprise in store.
