This is Comic Book Club News for October 27, 2025.

Marvel January 2026 Solicit Highlights:

It’s the end of the Ultimate Universe, and I feel fine. Ultimate Black Panther ends in January with issue #24. Meanwhile, the other titles keep trucking along — for now at least — including Ultimate Endgame #2, which teases “a stunning and heartbreaking discovery” that could change the Ultimate Universe forever and “will leave you reeling.” Okay, Marvel, you’ve got my attention.

A new Iron Man #1 debuts, this time from writer Joshua Williamson and Carmen Carnero, with a stronger focus on Tony Stark than the armor. Knull #1 kicks off a five issue miniseries that finds the King in Black searching for a big new weapon.

Over in X-Men land, after the Age of Revelation event we’re back in the present with new issues of X-Men, Uncanny X-Men, and Wolverine, as well as new series like Inglorious X-Force and Rogue. Psylocke: Ninja is a throwback miniseries which pits Betsy Braddock against Elektra. Peach Momoko, along with Stan Sakai, also launches a Psylocke series titled Sai: Dimensional Rivals, sending the title character through the multiverse.

In Amazing Spider-Man #19, Spidey heads back to Earth to face Hellgate, the baddie who beat him senseless. Avengers #34 celebrates 800 issues of the title, because comics numbering is confusing, and promises a surprise writer and artist team from the Avengers past.

Dungeons of Doom is a three issue miniseries anthology where various characters discover horrible things in Doom’s safehouses. Punisher: Red Band ends with issue #5, explaining how Frank Castle got from Weirdworld to Earth. And Hulk: Smash Everything #2 finds Hulk killing off the dinosaurs.

For Comic Book Club News, I’m Alex Zalben. And I don’t know about that Hulk/dinosaurs thing, that doesn’t seem scientifically accurate. Like the rest of these comics.
