DC K.O. is coming at you faster than a punch to the face. The five-issue event series from DC Comics will pit 32 heroes and villains against each other to determine who will become King Omega, aka the being powerful enough to take down Darkseid. And while the comic by Scott Snyder and Javi Fernández will roll out starting next week (October 9, 2025) through March of 2026, you can get in on the action right now.
That’s because not only has DC posted the full, initial bracket for the event, they’re inviting you — yes, you — to pick your own champions for each matchup, all the way through the final round. Sounds fun, right? But wait, there’s more! After you lock in your picks, you can provide your email on DC’s official K.O. page, then track the action on the public leaderboard to see how well you track versus other DC fans.
BUT WAIT. THERE IS EVEN MORE. Per a press release from DC, “Fans who enter in rounds 2, 3, 4, or 5 are eligible for exciting prizes, including an original sketch, signed variant covers, digital DC Collectible Comics and a free year of DC UNIVERSE INFINITE!”
And then there’s one Grand Prize: you become King Omega and have to fight Darkseid for the fate of the universe. Just kidding. Sort of. Because the actual prize is the opportunity to be drawn into a future DC comic book. So maybe you will fight Darkseid? I dunknow.
The promotion is open between today and February 24, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET. It’s open to residents of the 50 United States and DC who are 18+, and there’s only one entry per person.
