Marvel’s solicitations for December’s Ultimate Universe titles are here, and it’s all going down, for real. Not only does The Maker, the evil Reed Richards, finally return after two years in Ultimate Endgame #1… But Ultimate Spider-Man #24 is the FINAL issue of Jonathan Hickman and Marco Checchetto’s run. Wild!
That’s not all that’s happening in December. There’s also Ultimate Universe: Two Years In #1, a one-shot that leads into Endgame and introduces Ultimate Daredevil. Plus The Wasp’s betrayal is revealed in The Ultimates, and much more.
Also of note, Marvel teases that they’ll be doing their first-ever blind bag program, which they keep misspelling as “bling bag” in press releases, which will include special variant covers only available in the bags. I guess they are sort of bling.
