You will have X-Man to kick around anymore, as Nate Grey is back in the pages of Marvel’s X-Men of Apocalypse.
The new six-part event kicks off with an Alpha issue next month by Jeph Loeb and Simone Di Meo, then continues with a four-part miniseries, and then concludes with an Omega issue. Is that just a six-part miniseries split into three different titles? Yes, but don’t worry about it.
In the new series the Age of Apocalypse X-Men including Nate Grey, Rogue, Magneto, Gambit, and Blink escape their dying alternate universe and head to the main, 616 universe. Per PR from Marvel, “Taking place in the direct aftermath of the original crossover’s explosive finale, X-MEN OF APOCALYPSE reignites the mission of this iconic reality’s X-Men as they journey here to ensure their universe’s survival. This desperate mission will take them into the main Marvel Universe, where they will come into conflict with their classic counterparts, forever impacting both team’s destinies!”
