Search For Treasure At SDCC With Comixology And Kindle Colorsoft

comixology x kindle colorsoft scavenger hunt

Picture this: you’re at San Diego Comic-Con, and there’s nothing to do. It is so boring, you’re about ready to pack it up and go home. Well, guess what? Comixology and Kindle Colorsoft have you covered with a scavenger hunt that will take you to THE ENDS OF THE EARTH. Or at least some fun booths throughout the con floor.

“We’re thrilled to be teaming up with Kindle for SDCC 2025,” said Jeff DiBartolomeo, GM and CTO of Comixology via a press release. “We’re excited for fans to join us and our many publishing partners in our first-ever in-person scavenger hunt. The Comixology x Kindle Colorsoft Scavenger Hunt is a celebration of comics, of reading, and the massive, diverse library of comics – from classics to today’s newest releases – available through more than 150 publishers on Comixology and Kindle.”

The Comixology x Kindle Colorsoft Scavenger Hunt will send you around the floor searching for publishers you can find on both platforms, including: Abrams ComicArts, BOOM! Studios, Comicraft, ComicMix, Dark Horse Comics, Fantagraphics, Ghost Machine, IDW, Image Comics, Kodansha, Mad Cave Studios, Oni Press, Red 5 Comics, Silver Sprocket, Titan Entertainment, Top Cow Productions, Zenescope Entertainment and more. Once at the booth, you can scan a QR code to “unlock rewards, including free digital comics, discounts, and the chance to win a Kindle Colorsoft.”

DiBartolomeo continued, “We recommend making the Comixology x Kindle Colorsoft booth the first stop on the scavenger hunt. While you’re there, give the “gumball” machine a spin to collect a capsule with an exclusive enamel pin, a QR code to scan for a free digital comic, and a chance to instantly win a Kindle Colorsoft!”
