Marvel is killing the Silver Surfer in the appropriately named Death of the Silver Surfer #1. New Avengers #1 brings together a wild assortment of heroes and anti-heroes in a team led by Bucky. And Runaways is back with a new number one, tying into the One World Under Doom event.
DC Comics launches Trinity: Daughter of Wonder Woman into her own series featuring a crisis on infinite corgis. Robin and Batman: Jason Todd #1 brings Jeff Lemire and Dustin Nguyen back together for a story of Batman’s second Robin. And Absolute Batman #9 brings on Absolute Bane.
Dark Horse is finally bringing back The Umbrella Academy with Plan B, a series that picks up on the Sparrow Academy cliffhanger from years ago. Oni Press launches their first EC Comics serialized story in the vampire tale Blood Type #1. And AHOY’s Toxie Team-Up #1 brings together the Toxic Avenger and Jesus Christ, because you demanded it.
