Pretty soon they’re gonna have to make room for four worlds and four moons because Dark Horse is rapidly expanding their publication plans for Three Worlds / Three Moons with the one-shot Shift.
Written by Jonathan Hickman with art by Mike del Mundo, and letters by Rus Wooten, the issue per PR, “explores a lost age of magic and wonder set ages before Foundations.”
Hey, what the heck is this? Great question. So initially published on Substack, which is a great platform for Nazis, Hickman, del Mundo, Mike Huddleston and Nick Spencer have been working for years on an interconnected series of comics, graphic novels, and sourcebooks that will be published by Dark Horse starting in July. Specifically, the aforementioned Foundations will be published on July 8, 2026.
Shift will follow on September 2, 2026, cost $9.99, and run 64 pages presented in magazine format. You can check out the synopsis of Shift and the cover below:
