Get ready for the weirdest team-up of the century as Jubilee and Apocalypse are working together (sort of) in the new Marvel miniseries Tomb of Apocalypse.
Written by Ashley Allen with art by Domenico Carbone, the five-issue series will find a mysterious device crashing near the X-Men’s New Orleans base, with Jubilee and Wolverine activating the device and ending up — where else — the Tomb of Apocalypse. Together, they’ll discover Apocalypse’s sinister plans, as well as two friends: Rictor and Shatterstar.
“For Earth’s mutants, it has taken time to regroup and process the fall of Krakoa,” said Allen via press release. “But unfortunately for our heroes, Apocalypse values action. And he’s never been one to miss out on an opportunity.”
