Hey, sickos! Spider-Man is about to get beaten nearly to death in issues of Marvel’s Amazing Spider-Man.
Per the publisher, Amazing Spider-Man #7 finds Spidey battling new villain Hellgate, who seems to be unrelated to the bridge that connects Astoria and Randall’s Island. And then in Amazing Spider-Man #8, Peter Parker “takes the worst beating of his life.” Must be what it feels like to be a Spider-Man writer online, am I right?
Written by Joe Kelly, with art by John Romita, Jr., the two issues will hit in July. But you can check out a look at the covers and solicit text, below.
