The hills are alive on this week’s Harley Quinn for an all-singing, all-dancing episode of the series. Wondering who’s who in the Harley Quinn Season 5, Episode 6 voice cast? We’ve got you covered.
But first, an episode recap for context, and spoilers past this point. While we ended last week’s episode with Harley signing up to work for Lois Lane, that falls apart quickly once Harley reveals she and Ivy killed Woodrue — and a crack about Lois’s neck.
Over to the Daily Planet, Harley knows that Clayface has been masquerading as Perry White, and wants him to publish a retraction about Ivy… But Lois won’t do it, so she quits the paper.
And up in space, Lena taunts Brainiac by throwing Koko’s monkey bones at him, leading to the alien sending Lena back to Metropolis — where she tells the whole plot to Clayface, Harley and Bane. They’ve got to warn the city, and Clayface has the perfect idea how to do it: in the form of a play titled Brainiac, The Tragedy Of.
Harley gets psyched because she won Best Non-Singing Role In A Musical in high school for playing “The Hills” in a production of The Sound of Music, so naturally it becomes a musical, with Harley starring as Lena.
So to just be clear here: Harley is playing Lena Luthor, Clayface is playing Brainiac, and they were going to get Andy Serkis to play Koko but unfortunately Frank the Plant ate him, so now Frank the Plant is playing Koko.
Against all odds, the sold-out crowd loves the show, leading to Brainiac breaking through his haze and realizing Koko is dead. Lena, meanwhile, hates the show and thinks it’s all going wrong… They don’t want to create sympathy for Brainiac! And in the midst of this, someone kills Frank. Ivy tries to save him, but he dies in her arms, saying, “I love you, Mom.”
Did Brainiac kill Frank to show Ivy what it’s like to lose someone you love? Probably!

Harley Quinn Season 5, Episode 6 “Bottle My Heart” Cast: Who’s Who In The Voice Cast?
So for the most part, the cast is the same as usual. Alan Tudyk plays Clayface, Kaley Cuoco is Harley Quinn, James Adomian is Bane, and Lake Bell is Poison Ivy. You know the drill, you’ve seen this show before.
Also as in previous episodes — and for more on each actor, you can read our prior breakdowns — Stephen Fry plays Brainiac, Natalie Morales is Lois Lane, and Aisha Tyler is Lena Luthor. Diedrich Bader also shows up as Bruce Wayne, and a big shout out to Phil Lamarr as Koko the space monkey, which is easily becoming the funniest thing this season. Plus, JB Smoove as Frank the Plant, RIP.
As for “new” folks, Kimberly Brooks plays two actresses in this episode. She’s been in various DC projects, including the voice of the Batcomputer on Batwheels, Bumblebee in DC Superhero Girls, and in a non-DC role was Sky Young / Margot on Arcane.
And Whitney Rice is the voice of “Crowd” and you may recognize her as Jacqueline Hillgrove, the owner of Cinnamon and Sparrow on the surprise hit show Jury Duty.
