Invincible is rocking and rolling with yet another new episode today, titled “A Deal With The Devil.” And if you’re wondering who’s who in the Invincible Season 3, Episode 2 cast, you’re in the right place.
Before we get to the cast (or scroll down if you prefer), here’s a brief recap of what went down in the episode. And spoilers past this point. Things start in the past with the extended origin of Cecil Stedman. He’s on the trail of two dangerous supervillains, Knuckle Buster and Force Fist, who plan on releasing a deadly gas to melt everyone in the area. Cecil manages to stop them, but in the process they die, and Cecil has his skin melted off.
True to form, he gets rebuilt by the GDA, but leaves his one patch of original skin. “It’s a reminder that I messed up, and will never let it happen again,” he says. Except Force Fist and Knuckle Buster aren’t dead: they’re working for the GDA. Seeing this, Cecil kills them for real, and is sent to jail. Over time he takes over the jail and cleans it up. He’s offered the job leading the GDA, but refuses.
Jumping the end of the episode, he does accept the job, and on his first day sees the first appearance of Omni-Man, fighting a giant monster. While Omni-Man says he’s there to help, Cecil immediately knows he’s lying, and begins preparations to take him down if necessary.
In the present, Cecil is facing off with Mark in the White Room, as we left them last episode. Mark fights the Reanimen and tears them apart until Cecil pulls out a sonic device. And it’s not just in Mark’s ear… They’ve implanted it in his head. Flying to the Guardians of the Globe headquarters, Mark demands Rudy take out his implant. Another fight starts with the Guardians and the Reanimen, and it ultimately leads to the break-up of the team, with Rex Splode, Shrinking Rae, Monster Girl, Bulletproof and Rudy all leaving.
Meanwhile, after a brief bit where Mark tells Oliver that killing isn’t okay, he reconvenes with Eve, and tells her about the Eve of the alternate future who was pining for him for 20 years. She’s immediately turned off, and thinks that’s why Mark asked her out. Which he insists is not true, but more on that in a second.
Over the rest of the episode, Debbie goes on a date with Paul, the nice realtor she’s been working with, Darkwing 2 joins the Guardians (or what’s left of them), and Mark tells Rick about DA Sinclair — the creator of the Reanimen — still being alive.
But back to Mark and Eve. They meet on the Golden Gate Bridge, and Mark explains that he doesn’t want to be friends, because when Cecil almost killed him, the only thing he was thinking about was her. Eve agrees to date Mark, and after two seasons and change, they finally kiss. Awwww.

Invincible Season 3, Episode 2 “A Deal With The Devil” Cast: Who’s Who In The Voice Cast?
We’ve already covered most of the main and recurring cast, so you can check out previous breakdowns for that. However, let’s talk about who is new this episode (at least for the season).
Paul returns, played by actor Cliff Curtis. He’s been in everything from Fear the Walking Dead to The Meg and Training Day.
Force Fist and Knuckle Buster are played by two veteran voice actors: Chris Diamantopoulos; and Kari Wahlgren, respectively. Diamantopoulos also plays Donald on this show, among other roles. And Wahlgren is most recently playing the voice of Aunt May on Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.
Ben Schwartz shows up for the first time this season as Shapesmith, and though he’s been in a ton of stuff, he’s also been dominating the big screen as the voice of Sonic the Hedgehog in Sonic the Hedgehog 3.
And Bokeem Woodbine pops up this episode as Radcliffe, Cecil’s mentor from back in the day at the GDA. Woodbine has been in a ton of stuff, including Soren in Paramount+’s Halo TV series, Mike Milligan on Fargo, and the guy who was not named The Shocker in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
