Do you love Wynonna Earp? The IDW comic book turned TV show is back after a long break with the just-released TV movie Wynonna Earp: Vengeance. To celebrate the release, the publisher launched Wynonna Earp Bourbon Whiskey in two editions. The bad news? The signed edition is sold out. The good news? You can still snag a non-signed bottle of the booze.
If you’ve never read or watched Wynonna Earp, whiskey is a whole thing in the supernatural western. And to honor that, series star Melanie Scrofano signed and numbered 150 limited edition bottles of the Bourbon (full disclosure: Comic Book Club was gifted one of these bottles by IDW). All 150 of those have sold out as of this writing.
However, there were 666 — you get it — other bottles produced, and there’s still a limited quantity of those available for your drinking pleasure. The bottles cost $80 and are available now online. Here’s the official description of Wynonna Earp Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, per the website, and may I mention that it’s very funny that it’s “straight” bourbon whiskey, given the content of the TV show:
Celebrate the supernatural legacy of Wynonna Earp with this exclusive whiskey, crafted in honor of the Tubi special and limited to only 666 bottles. Infused with the bold spirit of the Earp family curse, this collector’s item is a must-have for every fan. Share a toast with Wynonna and the gang, from Purgatory to the fiery depths they brave..
A blend of Kentucky bourbons, aged at least four years in hand-selected oak barrels. Artfully blended by our Master Blender.
Mash Bill: 70% Corn, 21% Rye, 9% Barley
The bottle itself is very neat, including a lovely thank you message to fans who have kept the series alive well past when a TV show would normally have left the air. The fans love it! And that’s something to toast to. Check out the label, and a shot of the bottle, below (click for larger versions). And snag a bottle for yourself while you still can.
