Marvel’s Star Wars comics are heating up in November, continuing the bridge between Return of the Jedi and the sequel trilogy with Star Wars: The Battle of Jakku. We’ve already shown you what to expect from the first part, Insurgency Rising. And now, the publisher has revealed info on the second part of the comics trilogy, Republic Under Siege.
Written once again by Alex Segura, the four-issue series will be drawn by Leonard Kirk, Stefano Raffaele, and Jethro Morales. While the first four-parter kicked off the conflict on Rey’s home planet, the second series is teasing some big events: the birth of Luke Skywalker’s new Jedi Order, what role Doctor Aphra has in everything, and much more.
