First off, you guys are so awesome. In so many ways. You make me so happy to be a fangirl-and should really pat yourselves on the back for being incredibly nerdy yet really accessible to chicks who dig comics. That’s no small feat in a fandom that can often feel as oppressive as Rob Liefeld’s art.
I’ve been a fan and visitor to your recordings since you were in that huge theatre and we had to pay a cover charge. I wanted to let you know about a really awesome short play reading that is seriously comic nerdy: an imagined conversation between Wonder Woman and Frederic Wertham, author of “Seduction of the Innocent.” I’d love for any of you to attend! It’s 3/28 at 8pm, downstairs at Mr. Dennehy’s on 63 Carmine Street. It’s free! There’s a private bar next to the staging area! Booze, WW and bondage, what more could you want? Hope to see you (or ANY CBCL fans-all 21 and over welcome!) there.
