There’s Already Deadpool As Elsa, Queen Of Arendelle Cosplay

Deadpool 2 has a number of running jokes, including a ridiculous one that boils down to him saying “Hi, Yukio!” every time Negasonic Teenage Warhead’s girlfriend shows up on screen. There’s also some excellent end credits scenes, and even sneaky cameos by Stan Lee and Matt Damon. But one non-sequitur that seems to come more from Ryan Reynolds’ other career as a parent involves none other than Elsa, Queen of Arendelle.

***Spoilers past this point***

After Deadpool’s (Reynolds) girlfriend Vanessa (Morena Baccarin) is killed, he consoles himself at Sister Margaret’s School for Wayward Children by getting sauced and pissing himself. When we pick up with him, though, he’s pretty focused on one thing: how similar “Papa Can You Hear Me?” from the musical Yentl sounds to “Do You Want To Build A Snowman?” from the movie Frozen. Here, listen and see if you can tell them apart.

Yeah, Wade is right, they are the same song. Anyway, if you’re looking to continue the crossover, good news! Even before Deadpool 2 hit theaters, fans were already crossing over the Merc With a Mouth and the Queen of Arendelle.
